About this site

This website is published by Raven’s Occasions, Prince George, British Columbia, to describe our services. We keep it accurate, but details can change; the quote and service agreement we send you are what apply to your event.

Prices and bookings

Prices are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes are added. A date is held once your service agreement is signed and your deposit is received. Everything about your booking, including deposits, changes and cancellations, is set out in that agreement; if this page and your agreement ever differ, the agreement wins.

Photos and galleries

Guests decide whether their photos are added to an event gallery. Galleries are available until the closing date we give the host. Guests may save and share their own photos. Please do not use the booth or a gallery to upload anything unlawful or anything that is not yours to share; we may remove content and close a gallery if that happens.

Our work

The booth software, page designs, overlays we create and the content of this website belong to Raven’s Occasions or their respective designers, and are protected by copyright. “Raven’s Occasions” and “Roost” are names we use for our business and software.

The small print

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the website alone rather than on a quote or agreement from us. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and of Canada.
