8. Photography & Image Rights

By booking Raven's Occasions photo booth services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Photos and videos taken at the event are the property of the client and their guests.
• Raven's Occasions / Ravens Restraint is not responsible for the content, nature, or use of photos or videos taken during the event.
• Raven's Occasions does not claim ownership of, reproduce, or distribute event photos without explicit written consent.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring that all guests using the photo booth consent to being photographed or recorded.
• Raven's Occasions accepts no liability for images taken by event guests or for any use of such images after the event.
• Any technical issues resulting in partial or full loss of photo data will be limited in liability to the amount paid for services — we are not responsible for consequential damages arising from data loss.
