The Process
Fill out the booking form with your event details. We'll confirm your date and send a contract within 24 hours.
We create a custom print overlay for your event — your names, date, and aesthetic. You approve it before the big day.
We arrive early to set up the booth, run it during your event, and handle full teardown after. Prints come out instantly and your live LumaShare link is active the whole time.

Yes — we service events throughout Northern BC including Vanderhoof, Fort St. James, Quesnel, and surrounding areas. Travel fees apply for events more than 60km from Prince George. Contact us for a quote.
Every session produces an instant print right at the booth. Guests can also visit the event's LumaShare landing page — a live link that updates in real time as photos are taken throughout the night. They access it right from the iPad share station at the booth, or on their own phone. No app download required.
The mirror booth requires a footprint of approximately 6×8 feet with at least 8 feet of ceiling height. We'll confirm venue requirements with you during booking.
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance for the best availability, especially for peak wedding season (May–September). We do accommodate last-minute bookings when possible — reach out and we'll do our best.
Yes. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your date. A second payment of 25% is due two weeks before your event, and the remaining 50% balance is due on the day of service. We invoice through Shopify — e-transfer is available to avoid the 3% card processing fee.
All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 14 days before your event, your second payment (if already made) will be refunded. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit all payments made to date. We're happy to transfer your booking to a new date where possible — just reach out as early as you can.
