We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for peak season (May–September). For popular dates like long weekends and holidays, earlier is better. Last-minute bookings may be available — reach out and we'll do our best.
We're based in Prince George, BC and service the surrounding region including Vanderhoof, Fort St. James, Quesnel, and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply for events beyond Prince George city limits.
Yes, a standard 110V power outlet is required. For outdoor events, please ensure power is available — if not, a generator surcharge will apply. We're happy to discuss your setup during booking.
Absolutely. Every package includes a customizable digital overlay with your event name, date, logo, or design. We'll work with you prior to your event to get it just right.
Guests can receive their photos digitally via an online album sharing link. Photos are also available by email or text directly from the booth. Printed options are available as an add-on.
