Who we are
Raven’s Occasions is a Canadian-owned photo booth and consulting business at 138 McLean Dr, Prince George, BC V2M 4R3. For anything on this page, email hello@ravensoccasions.com or call (778) 983-4669.
This website
This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. If you send the booking form, the details you type (your name, contact details and what you tell us about your event) are delivered to us by Formspree, a form service based in the United States, and we use them only to reply to you and plan your event. If you email, call or text us, we keep that conversation for the same reason.
At an event
Guests choose whether a photo goes into the event gallery, and tick a box to say so. If a host asks guests a question, or for an email address, the answers go to that host. Guests who ask to have a photo emailed to them have their address used once, for that. Galleries are reached by a private link, can carry a password, and close when the event’s campaign ends. The full guest notice is on every booth and gallery page under “Privacy and your photos”.
Marketing photos
Photos from public events may be used in our marketing and in the host’s. Photos from private events are used only with the host’s agreement. Either way, we will take down any photo you are in if you ask.
Where information is kept
Our email, files and photo storage are with Microsoft 365; client records are in a hosted database; payments and invoices are handled by Stripe. Some of these services store information outside British Columbia, in Canada or the United States. We keep client records for as long as we need them for the booking and for tax records, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw a consent you gave, or ask for a photo to be removed. Email hello@ravensoccasions.com and we will answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
