Slideshow Service

Your photos and memories on the big screen. We supply the 120-inch screen, projector, and laptop, and handle setup and teardown. Send us your images and we’ll take care of the rest.
Outdoor Entertainment Kit
$499 for an 8-hour rental
Turn any backyard, field, or parking lot into a night out. Includes a 120-inch screen, projector, and a fully enclosed canopy with four walls, plus an Xbox Series X set up with its own guest profile so you can sign in to your own streaming accounts — your logins stay yours and the profile is removed after your event. Available as a standalone rental. Great for staff appreciation nights, youth groups, community events, and birthdays.
Your 8 hours are yours to schedule — afternoon, evening, or across both. Delivery, setup and teardown are handled by us and are not counted against your 8 hours. Overnight and multi-day bookings available on request.
*You supply the content. If you’d like to use your own laptop with our external DVD drive, please confirm with us in advance what ports and connections your laptop has so we can make sure it connects to the projector. Please note the DVD drive is not compatible with the Xbox — discs play through your laptop only.

Frequently asked
How far in advance should I book?
Popular dates — long weekends, December, and May through September — book early. Reach out as soon as you have a date; if it’s short notice, ask anyway and we’ll tell you honestly if we can do it.
What area do you serve?
We’re based in Prince George, BC. Events outside Prince George are quoted individually — just include your venue location on the booking form.
Can the booth go outdoors?
Yes — with honest expectations. Outdoor events carry more variables, especially lighting. We bring our black canopy tent (the Outdoor Canopy add-on) and do our best with every setup, but indoor events give us the most control over how your photos turn out. If outdoors is the plan, talk to us first and we’ll tell you exactly what to expect.
Does the booth need power?
Yes — a standard power outlet. If your venue or outdoor site can’t provide one, add the External Power Source ($149) and the booth brings its own.
What size are the prints?
4×6, delivered in gold-embossed paper frames and envelopes — included with Gold and Platinum.
Is a backdrop included?
Yes — every package includes a professional backdrop and professional softbox lighting, so your photos are lit properly wherever the booth stands.
How do we get our photos?
Guests can view photos in a live online gallery in real time during your event. The sharing gallery stays available for 30 days, and you receive full download access to all of them. Unlimited digital photos are included with every package.
Does setup time count toward my booked hours?
No. Setup and teardown are included and happen outside your booked window — your booked hours are full hours of attended mirror photo booth service, not hours minus setup.
Is the booth attended?
Yes — every package includes a professional attendant on site for the duration of your booking, keeping the line moving and the photos sharp. Drop-off is available on special request — ask us.
Can we customize the photo overlay?
Yes — a custom branded photo overlay is included with every package, carrying your event name, date or logo. Booking at short notice? We can put together a simple overlay for last-minute events.
